This policy describes how Operator Stack VC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Clara internal notification system.
Operator Stack VC is a venture capital fund. Our admin panel is available at operator-stack.onrender.com.
Clara is an internal AI assistant used exclusively by two fund partners. The system processes inbound emails and sends SMS notifications to those partners only. We do not collect data from the general public.
SMS messages are sent only to phone numbers that have been explicitly configured by system administrators in the admin panel. Message frequency varies based on incoming email volume. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used solely for internal fund operations.
