Operator Stack VC operates an internal SMS notification program ("Clara") that sends operational alerts to fund partners when emails require their attention. This is a closed, internal system — not a public messaging program.
Only individuals whose phone numbers have been explicitly added by a system administrator in the Operator Stack admin panel will receive messages. There is no public opt-in mechanism.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per day during active business hours depending on email volume.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may also remove your phone number from the admin panel settings at operator-stack.onrender.com.
